Al Madrasatul Islamiya 1952

The madrasa imparts ninety minute religious institution daily to boys and girls belonging to primary and secondary levels. The students are spread over from standards one to nine. The students of the madrasa belong to all parts of the state and the madrasa provides them boarding and lodging facilities. Students joining the madrasa can simultaneously do their school education since 1964, generations of students have availed of the twin facilities, completing their SSLC along with the madrasa course.

AL ISLAH ORPHANAGE 1989

Al Islah Orphanage was founded with the financial assistance of Kuwai Zakath House in 1989 and is now regarded as a model orphanage. The orphanage continually won the championship in both Arts literary physical competitions held by the Kerala State Orphanage Control board for the inmates of all orphanages in the state. In 1995 Asma Binth Abubaker Girls Orphanage was founded as a corollary institution of the orphanage. The orphanage that maintains high academic levels also possesses excellent infrastructural facilities.

Islahiya College 1960

Islahiya College provides a combines scheme of plus two education and religious instruction at the pre university level and degree courses of the Calicut University with advanced religious studies at the degree level. It is of the premier institutions of advanced religious education in the state. Islahiya college was the first to introduce the hybrid scheme of Arts & Islamics (AIC) in the state. At the end of five years programme, the students of the college simultaneously complete a university degree (Literature, sociology or Bachelor’s in Islamic Studies. Besides this there is an alternative scheme providing three years graduate programme for plus two holders. The college has so far produced 36 batches and the students of these batches are now employed in fields as varied as Islamic preaching, teaching, journalism, business and other areas both inside and outside the country. The college runs separate hostels for boys and girls.

Chennamangallur Higher Secondary School (Aided)

The Chennamangallur High School founded in 1964 was upgraded into Chennamangallur Higher Secondary School in 1998. The school ranked among the best secondary schools run by Muslim managements has consistently notched up high pass percentages of either hundred or in the region in both SSLC and Plus Two examinations. The school now has 26 divisions for students from standard eight to twelve. Teachers of the institution are selected solely on the basis of community considerations and merit. Since appointments are immune to corruption and never governed by monetary factors the institution has been able to ensure the whole hearted support of its teachers this has been the secret of its success and academic excellence.

ISLAHIYA WOMEN'S COLLEGE 1970

When Madrasathul banath was it was first of founded in 1960 for girls it was the first of its find in Kerala upgraded as Islahiya Women’s College in 1970. The college has been playing a pivotal role in women’s religious education and reorientation.

Wadirahma English School, Kodiyathur (CBSE affiliated)

Wadirahma English School was founded in 1989. At inception it had only as LKG class. Subsequently in 1999 classes from one to ten were completed with due recognition from CBSE. Meritorious students from Al Islah Orphanage are also admitted in this English School. In 2010 the English School was upgraded as a senior secondary School.

AL ISLAH ENGLISH SCHOOL CMR 1993

Al Islah English School founded in 1993 maintains high academic standards. The school’s performance has been impressive in various talent tests and the Majlis common examination.

Hence, the Islahiya Media Academy can be considered as a right response to the challenges of our times. The Academy is due to start functioning in 2008 itself.
